Our range of pipe and cable entry sealkits provides the perfect watertight solution to prevent leaking pipework and cable -penetrations through chamber walls: a major issue facing oil companies and installers around the globe.
Our premier range of pipe entry sealkits includes both single and double sided models. On fill and product lines we recommend a double-sided boot to provide extra protection. For retractable secondary contained pipework systems, we offer sealkits to fit specific pipework manufacturer’s models. (Please see our brochure).
We offer an extensive range of conduit and cable penetration sealkits which seal directly against cables or to the conduit.
We recommend that Fibrelite sealkits / entry boots are vacuum tested during installation of Fibrelite chambers using our Sherlock vacuum testing system. The vacuum test will check the workmanship of the installer to ensure it is watertight before backfilling. This means that any potential leak points can be located easily and fixed during installation.
Fibrelite supplies the highest grade of materials, which have been extensively tested against hydrocarbons. These include ethanol blends to E85 and biodiesel to B20.
Our mechanically sealed rubber sealkit / entry boots provide flexibility to allow for ground and pipework movement, unlike traditional welded entry boots with a rigid joint which can be subjected to stressful forces via pipework movement, and may fail over time.
During installation, only one hole is drilled through the chamber wall, reducing the number of leak points often associated with additional screw holes. Components are quickly and easily screwed together, minimizing minimising costly installation time compared to systems where it is necessary to drill multiple holes and assemble complicated pipe and cable entry sealkits.
